Training Curriculum
The program follows a step-by-step practical approach, including:
A. Basic Riding Skills
Introduction to EV scooty controls
Balance, braking, and acceleration
Turning, parking, and slow-speed riding
B. Road Safety & Traffic Rules
Traffic signs and lane discipline
Defensive riding techniques
Emergency braking and hazard handling
C. Women Safety Orientation
Safe riding practices during day and night
Handling uncomfortable situations on the road
Use of SOS and emergency features
D. Digital & App Orientation
Using the Mahila Saarthi app
Navigation basics
Ride acceptance and communication
Training Duration & Structure
Duration: 7 to 15 days (depending on learner’s skill level)
Daily sessions designed as per trainee comfort
One-to-one or small-group training
Final assessment and readiness evaluation
Certification & Onboarding
On successful completion, trainees receive:
Training completion certificate
Assistance for license facilitation (if required)
Eligibility for onboarding as Mahila Saarthi Ride Partner (Bike Didi)
