• Compliance with Laws: As a driver, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations governing transportation services, including but not limited to traffic laws, licensing requirements, and vehicle safety standards.
• Professional Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times while providing services through the Mahila Saarthi platform, treating customers with respect, and ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Insurance: You acknowledge and agree to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for your vehicle and passengers as required by law and by the terms of our agreement.
• Non-Discrimination: You agree not to discriminate against any customers on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.
• Service Fees: You agree to pay any applicable service fees or commissions to Mahila Saarthi for the use of the platform and related services, as outlined in our fee schedule.
• Feedback and Ratings: You acknowledge and agree that customers may provide feedback and ratings based on their experience with you as a driver, and that such feedback may affect your access to the platform.
• Safety and Security: You agree to prioritize the safety and security of customers, following all recommended safety protocols and reporting any safety concerns or incidents to Mahila Saarthi immediately.
• Termination: Mahila Saarthi reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time for any violation of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Mahila Saarthi.

• User Account: By using the Mahila Saarthi platform, you agree to create and maintain a user account, providing accurate and complete information as required during registration.
• Payment: You agree to pay the applicable fares or charges for the transportation services provided by Mahila Saarthi drivers, as determined by the platform’s pricing policies and communicated to you at the time of booking.
• Safety Guidelines: You agree to abide by all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Mahila Saarthi and the drivers, including wearing seat belts, refraining from engaging in disruptive behavior, and following any COVID-19 safety protocols.
• Non-Discrimination: You agree not to discriminate against drivers on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.
• Feedback and Ratings: You acknowledge and agree to provide honest and constructive feedback and ratings based on your experience with Mahila Saarthi drivers, helping to maintain service quality and accountability.
• Cancellations and No-Shows: You agree to adhere to the platform’s cancellation policy and to compensate drivers for any reasonable expenses incurred due to cancellations or no-shows.
• Liability: You acknowledge and agree that Mahila Saarthi is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of the platform or the transportation services provided by drivers.
